The role of industrial consortia in the development of Sardinia’s nautical industry

During the opening day of the Sardinia Boat Show 2026, the talk “The role of industrial consortia in the development of the nautical industry” took place, moderated by Mediaset journalist Roberta Floris.

The panel featured Emanuele Cani, Regional Councillor for Industry of the Regione Sardegna; Maurizio De Pascale, President of Confindustria Sardegna; Simone Morelli, President of NSS Group and Founder of Cala dei Sardi; Settimo Nizzi, Mayor of Olbia; Livio Fideli, President of CIPNES-Gallura; Antonio Visconti, President of FICEI; and Giuseppe Meloni, Vice President of the Regione Sardegna and Regional Councillor for Programming, Budget, Credit and Territorial Planning.

The discussion focused on topics related to the internationalization of Sardinia’s regional nautical supply chains, the strategic role of industrial consortia, infrastructure development, and the growth of the Sardinian nautical sector’s competitiveness at both national and international level.
